Before founding Tigress Tigress she has worked as Executive Creative Director of Momentum Worldwide in the UK, Vice President of JWT India, National Creative Director of DDB in India.Tigress Tigress specialises in totally joined-up communication, with digital at the heart of the experience. The thinking is new-age: the communication goes where the consumer goes. And therefore the online world is the start point and not the after-thought. By virtue of its focus on digital – and on the blurring of digital and physical worlds – Tigress Tigress produces extremely differentiated experiences by creating one-of-a-kind consumer engagement models.

 

SIMON SCHWAIGHOFER, Creative Director at Red Bull Creative

Simon_SchwaighoferSimon Schwaighofer is Creative Director at Red Bull Creative, the brand’s in-house agency in Salzburg. He has been responsible for corporate projects around the energy drink for the last seven years. Before he joined Red Bull Creative he worked at Springer & Jacoby for the brand Mercedes-Benz in Hamburg, London and Vienna and he gained experience in Eastern Europe at Grey Prague for the client Škoda.

Simon is intrigued with the unique qualities of each brand and wants to continuously improve them. So his main focus lies on brand concepts especially for companies which are looking for unique stories to tell to define their own brand character. He gives Lectures on creativity at universities (New Design University St. Pölten) and advertising festivals (Golden Drum Festival, 2013). He is a member of the Creative Club Austria and lives with his family in Vienna.

 

HANDO SINISALU, President & Founder, Best Marketing International (Estonia)

Hando Sinisalu is marketing journalist, researcher, conference speaker and producer. He is the founder and CEO of Best Marketing International, the leading marketing conferences producer in Europe.

Hando has produced and managed over 200 conferences in 24 countries, he has experience in both content creation and event/business management.

Hando collects and analyses digital marketing case studies, he is producer of The Best of Global Digital Marketing Show and editor of IAB Europe´s Digital Advertising Yearbook DAY 2013.
Hando has MA degree in Communications from Ohio University (USA).

Greg has experience across all business sectors and has been involved with business locally and internationally. At the age of 28 he was appointed to the Cityhold Board as Sales and Marketing Director. Greg left the corporate world and set up his own training and marketing business and has been involved in training for many corporate companies.

In 2008 Greg moved his marketing focus to the online channels and start to research and study the world of social Media and the integration of content through the online channel. In 2009, 360 Online marketing (http://africa360degrees.co.za/) was set up and through this vehicle Greg has managed to apply his knowledge and passion for marketing into this new and exciting word of online marketing.

Her mobile marketing consultancy, Mobitainment, was the first African company to win a Mobile Marketing Association Award back in 2009, and has become one of the longest and most consistently international mobile marketing award winner in Africa with wins for the last 6 years!
She is looking forward to sharing her passion for mobile with you as she unpacks various award winning campaigns and shows you how to do smart marketing without a smart phone in South Africa!

He has conceptualized and creative directed and directed in film, many global campaigns at leading agencies such as EURO RSCG Amsterdam and Serviceplan Munich and various think tanks, for many well-known brands such as BMW, Nike, Sony Ericsson, M-TV, Vodafone, Volvo, Smirnoff, J&B, Evian, Shell, Levis, Expedia, Continental, Citroen and many more.

Julian Mountain, Head of Digital, Saatchi & Saatchi Synergize (speaks only in CPT)

Julian joined Saatchi & Saatchi Cape Town earlier in 2013, after working in digital across markets like USA, Canada, Western Europe, Russia, South Africa, Australia and Kenya. The strategic insights he brings to his clients is driven through his varied experience in digital channels spanning email marketing, search marketing, social media,ROI, commerce, brand positioning, CRM and mobile marketing, always underpinned by analytics.
Julian is fascinated by the evolution of digital communications that has driven changes in the ways consumers communicate and participate. This fascination has motivated him to understand how consumers engage with brands across multiple platforms (web / mobile / tablets / digital TV & Radio). Perhaps because of his earlier experiences at University, where he studied Marketing and Economics he is fascinated by both the measurability and possibilities of digital communications.
Between his career in London and moving back to South Africa Julian spent 18 months travelling through Latin America and Africa, fulfilling his desire to travel, explore, learn basic Spanish and meet fascinating people with new points of view.
These widely differing points of view have helped him understand and meet the needs of a wide range of clients including: eBay, Sky (UK + Ireland), Avis Europe, Electronic Arts, Universal Pictures, Ster-Kinekor, Shoprite Group, Mazda Europe, SABMiller, Hollard Insurance and Nokia (South Africa + Kenya).

Misha Coetzee, Digital Media Manager, Distell RSA (speaks ony in CPT)

Misha CoetzeeMisha manages Distell South Africa’s digital portfolio of brands; comprising 30 of South Africa’s leading wine, spirits and cider brands. She also sits on Distell’s Global Front End Innovation team. She moved to the Cape and joined Distell in 2012. Her career in digital brand marketing started in the coffee industry with experience gained abroad working for coffee giant Starbucks (HQ) in Europe. She honed her skill in the UK managing a portfolio of 5 brands and 75 restaurants within the Paramount Restaurant Group. Home called in 2010 and Johannesburg offered an opportunity to manage global agency network DDB’s digital offering; managing clients including Wrigley, Emirates, Honda, Converse and McDonald’s. Breaking Bad TV series came to an end in September 2013. A clever real estate agency Century 21 grasped the momentum and posted a fake listing of Walter White’s house on the internet. Certainly, this was just a clever spoof, but it managed to have another laugh at the highly pompous and overpaid Super Bowl ads.
