Mark Tungate is a British journalist based in Paris. Mark is the author of six books about branding and marketing, including the bestselling Adland: A Global History of Advertising, Luxury World: The Past, Present and Future of Luxury Brands and Branded Beauty: How Marketing Changed the Way We Look.

His articles have appeared in publications ranging from Campaign and Advertising Age to the Financial Times. He also has a weekly column in the French advertising journal Stratégies.
